1. Product Introduction: ACA is a phenylalanine derivative, also known as adamantane carbonyl proline or Ad-Pro. It is mainly used as a catalyst or chiral separation reagent in organic synthesis. Studies have shown that ACA can catalyze asymmetric nucleophilic addition reactions, such as the reaction between aldehydes and alkyl azides, aldehydes and sulfonamidines, aldehydes and nitromethane, etc. In these reactions, the catalyst exhibits the highest activity towards alkyl azides addition. ACA can also catalyze asymmetric amination reactions. ACA serves as a chiral catalyst for asymmetric alcoholization. For example, it can react alcohols with aldehydes or ketones to produce corresponding aldol or hydroxyketone products. As a chiral organic compound, ACA has excellent catalytic activity.
